Cristiano Ronaldo scores again as Al Nassr beat Al Raed 3-1 in Saudi Pro League

 Al Nassr, led by Cristiano Ronaldo, will move on to its AFC Champions League 2023-24 campaign, with the team playing Iranian side, Persepolis, next, on September 19.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored his seventh goal in the Saudi Pro League as his side, Al Nassr, beat Al Raed 3-1 in a league game at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Buraydah on Saturday.

Al Nassr, coming into the game with a four-game winning run, initially looked on the backfoot with the hosts, coached by former Shakhtar Donetsk boss, Igor Jovicevic, controlling the game with a 4-4-2 shape and zonal marking.

Ronaldo’s side tried to attack through long balls but Al Raed’s compact defence kept the visitors at bay.

Cristiano Ronaldo continues to consolidate his position in Arab soccer and every match makes the difference with Al-Nassr, being a factor in the scoreboard either with an assist or a goal, although in the best of cases both situations occur.
The Portuguese player starred in a moment that trended on social media in the match against Al Raed.
In a video recorded from one of the headers of the King Abdullah Stadium in Buraida, you can see the way in which a free kick by Cristiano Ronaldo becomes a real missile against a cameraman who was watching the actions of the match, being completely knocked out after impacting on his humanity.
